The mission of Agile Consulting is to make business and employment development easy for businesses and start-up companies, allowing entrepreneurs and owners to focus on operations and growth. We can provide you with senior-level experience on an outsourced, part-time, or project basis.

 

AGILE launched in 2020 with the goal of assisting small and mid-sized business owners by tailoring human capital  and business administration solutions to their needs at an affordable price. All consultants at AGILE are Certified Professionals and have a extensive experience within various industries. Together our firm houses over 80+ years of experience. 

 

Outsourcing  certain functions, allows leaders to focus on strategic initiatives that benefit the organization, increase productivity and profitability. As your consulting firm, we are very connected to our clients and their employees. Our focus is on building relationships and to become a integrated member of the staff. We strive towards working together with our clients to form long-term partnerships that will help your organization grow. In addition to long-term relationships, we provide a neutral, third party, consultative perspective that is often broader than an internal employee. This outsourced approach assists with shifting unnecessary liability away from the organization. 

 

We leverage our collective experience, licenses, and certifications in compliance, compensation, coaching, performance management, benefits, compliance, employee and labor relations, organizational/structural design,  training and development, and project management to deliver comprehensive solutions.

 

Our consultants can work on-site or off-site and are available on a part-time or project basis to meet your needs.

 

AGILE can work on a retainer, project, or hourly basis. The vast majority of our clients operate on a retainer basis which allows them to budget without frequent fluctuations and allows us the freedom to work in a comprehensive and cost effective way.

A Note From The Owner

As an HR consultant with a deep expertise in employment relations investigations, I'm passionate about helping organizations foster positive workplace cultures that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion. Drawing on years of experience as a Labor Relations Expert and a Chief Human Resources Officer, I can walk alongside you and provide guidance on complex people issues that can arise in the workplace.

Whether it's addressing employment disputes, conducting internal investigations or coaching management teams on effective communication practices, I bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to all of my work. By working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, I aim to help them implement best practices in HR policy and create a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

 

In addition to my experience in HR and employment law, I hold certifications in mediation and conflict resolution, an asset that allows me to facilitate difficult conversations and build consensus across diverse teams. Whether you need help navigating the regulatory environment, managing employee relations issues or creating a more inclusive workplace, I'm here to provide the expert guidance and support you need.
